App won't even open after last update Update:originally posted this on April 2nd, 2021. It is not May 7th, 2021 and there has been no update with a new version that works. The app won't even open, it just crashes every time. I held out hope for a software update, but apparently, that's not going to happen. I'm uninstalling the app. I suggest logging in from a web portal to check balances or whatever you need to do. If that stops working, I'm switching banks.

This app consistently removes deposits and withdrawals from the history so it can never be trusted to give an accurate amount for how much is in your account. They seem to appear and disappear at random. Really not worth the hassle. Better to just switch to literally any other bank as everyone else has seemed to have apps figured out for years while horizon consistently releases updates that seem to do nothing.

New to Horizon bank and I regret it already. Worst banking and app experience I've ever had. The app and website for the last 2 days only reflect by balance from the day before and constantly glitches and buffers. When I got my card, the chip didn't work so I had to go to the branch to get a new one. In addition, their cards don't even have tap function. Will definitely have to switch banks again after these horrible experiences already.
