This app needs a serious fix. I can no longer use the mobile deposit feature. It and the whole app freezes after just a couple of minutes of use. I live over an hour away from a branch and now have to take time off work to go and deposit even small checks. I hope they fix the app soon or I may have to switch all my accounts from Kleberg.

Absolutely terrible app. I literally have to re download the app to be able to login every single time. Massive problem that you would assume would be fixed quickly. No, it's been this way for two weeks now and I am not at all surprised by this app considering the people I have to deal with at my local branch... it really makes sense. Almost all of the employees just "deal" with you instead of wanting to help you in any form or fashion. Some go out of there way to NOT help you. Regularly

pretty good app. sometimes slow, or things are hard to find (direct deposit forms that show routing/account #, for example). but other than that, pretty simple and easy to use.
