It's clear and little difficulty in find what you're looking for in the app. I've used this app for a little over 2 years and counting, and I've not only been able to keep real time track of my balance and purchases, but I've also been able to deposit checks from home. Being disabled limits my daily functions most days. Having a way to keep banking easy is amazing. Also, when in doubt call your local branch and they are easy to talk to when helping you with any, every, and all questions.

Can not pay my truck note from this app and it is hard to communicate with the bank.nieghbors credit union has a much better app and la cap will not return phone calls.I am new to this bank but so far not impressed.

Every month I have to change password because app won't work. Every month I have to take time off from work to come into office because account gets locked. Stupid app puts dots and stars over username & password so I can't verify any of it before I send and then it locks the damn account until I take time off and drive over here and reset it all again.
