Needed help installing app for older adult. Installing app I got locked out of my account, needed going to local bank and having employee with knowledge to get app working correctly. With out being able to having bank's help I would still not being able to use this app. Apps need to be designed better for older adults not use to using smartphones.

Not as streamlined, convenient nor functional as other bank apps. Cannot use mobile deposit, after positioning check within picture frame & taking pic, image then auto enlarges/zooms cropping out dollar amount, portions of routing/acct info, etc., rendering check unreadable & thus unable to process deposit.

Used to work great no problems, now it either doesn't log in at all or sits on the loading screen forever no matter how many times I try it. Very very frustrating to not be able to use your banking app. Get it together.
