App never loads correctly. Accounts don't show balances when app is opened. They are just blank. When opening credit card information opens to a link error notification. I routinely have to open the app 4-5 times over a course of multiple days in order to pay our credit card bill. I have opened the app 10 times today and still can't pay it. Account to pay doesn't show up. Next time I open it it's an error code. The next time it shows the account to pay with but won't let you open the amount.

Before the update, this was a 5 star app! Unfortunately, now I can't even download credit card statements and this is one of the biggest components of our budgeting every months. They used to all be accessible with 2 clicks- everything on one page and easy to read. It's almost to a point I'm considering moving to a new bank after 11 years of nothing but great service.. so hard! Please change the app NW! Thank you!

I like this app for the amount of information on my multiple accounts that can be seen on the home page; also, the ease of transferring funds. Kudos for the ability to create notes associated with withdrawals that allow me to track what my purchases/payments were for; however, finding those same notes is a huge fail for this app...I had to get help from center employee, and even she had a difficult time and had to place me on hold while she collaborated with her team to figure it out.
