For 6 years i've used an app with the exact same functionality. Now they've changed their brand and suddenly the app starts to suck. Half the links just take you out to a web browser. But the thing now prompting my 1 star rating is I can't remote deposit my check anymore. Something i've been doing every 2 weeks for literal years. Now I must "enroll" and the enrollment screen just errors out. So glad I get to do a 90 minute round trip out to one of their physical locations.

I want to start by saying ALL of the staff that I have spoke to has been very friendly and helpful (Thanks Ivana?)... But sadly that's where the good ends for me. The app is a sluggish version of the browser interface. It constantly needs restarting. It's not a good experience. It takes up to 4 days for payments to reflect. I also just noticed they don't even underwrite their own credit cards. Altogether I'm bummed. The app looks, functions and feels like something from 2005, sadly.

Until one of the last two updates it has worked fine, no issues. However, ever since they last updated it (?/?/2019), I haven't been able to load my account on the first try upon successfully logging in. When I put in the right login information the screen fades to black and never changes. Every single time I want to see my account I have to open the app->login->return to home->force close app->re-open app->login, and THEN it shows that it's loading and successfully loads my account homepage.
