For 6 years i've used an app with the exact same functionality. Now they've changed their brand and suddenly the app starts to suck. Half the links just take you out to a web browser. But the thing now prompting my 1 star rating is I can't remote deposit my check anymore. Something i've been doing every 2 weeks for literal years. Now I must "enroll" and the enrollment screen just errors out. So glad I get to do a 90 minute round trip out to one of their physical locations.

I really enjoyed both Spectra apps!! The on line app is very user friendly with many ways to gain access to your accounts. You have more control in using the app. The debit card app is great to have in reminding you all of your purchases when using your debit card. The transactions will automatically alert you on your cellphone. In addition you can freeze your card when you can't find it .

Until one of the last two updates it has worked fine, no issues. However, ever since they last updated it (?/?/2019), I haven't been able to load my account on the first try upon successfully logging in. When I put in the right login information the screen fades to black and never changes. Every single time I want to see my account I have to open the app->login->return to home->force close app->re-open app->login, and THEN it shows that it's loading and successfully loads my account homepage.
