I really think the developer should assess the design of this app. It feels like I'm looking at a web page that was designed for a desktop/laptop. But I suppose it does what I need it to do. Which is to check on my account balance.

Loved the old version, never had a problem. Now, the app only works after a reinstall and then everytime I want to use I have to uninstall and then reinstall. Makes it not worth using the app, its just easier to use a computer or the mobile version on the internet instead.

Could be better, seems like this is still in its' toddler stages. I'd really like to see a system to not only apply for loans in the app, but to also make payments on any open accounts one may have with this company. (E.g. making additional payments on a loan instead of having to call or go into a branch itself)
