Useless ...was able to log in when set up account and than go to login and get nothing but unknown error. End up having to drive into the branch and have to reset my password (that I was entering correctly but cant use it again)...was able to log in once and shocker unknown error!! Deleted and reinstalled app and still unknown error so apparently its a use once only app. Ridiculous!!
They broke it...AGAIN!!! Why do the programmers seem to think they need to "upgrade" a pretty good app? The previous update made the camera have fits after trying to take a picture of a check for deposit, now this latest update broke the app COMPLETELY
Not even usable, my phone is too new for this app to function. Can't access the camera without re-starting the phone and then if I want my camera back, have to restart again. NOT convenient is an understatement. Update 4/2017 STILL having issues with this app, bank blames my phone, phone company blames the app...no resolution offered. I can take one pic for mobile deposit then the app says it can't access my camera. How is this a phone issue?
Used to work The new update killed the app. It worked fine before, but since the newest update it stalls out on the loading screen.
This app never remembers my credentials, as always says unknown era...just crap, it hasn't wrked at all...I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app 3x. Such a waste of my time
