User Experience –
• Provide a consistent user experience across mobile devices (smartphone and tablet), as well as uniformity with an app that is designed to match the online banking experience.
• Offer consistent workflows across all transaction types that span multiple devices.
• Search for ATMs and branch location information both before and after login with turn-by-turn direction.
• Offer to remember the user name, as well as provide a password reset workflow
• Provide the ability to pay bills.
• Submit commercial transactions, such as ACH single payments/receipts and domestic wires, utilizing existing templates.

Ratings and reviews

The app is good to keep up with your purchase. But what I have noticed lately is that it can be altered by an IT specialist and make you over draft. Then make you pay a fee of $37 dollars. At first, I thought it was my mistake but I have been keeping up with it by taking a screen shot then later on check my transaction and the purchase I made would go away making me think that it has been justified. Then, in the future, it shows up again just enough to make me overdraft my account.

App worked great until recently. Constantly getting "An unknown error has occurred" when trying to log in now. Edit: even after clearing cache, app data, and uninstalling the app I am still getting the same error. Logging in via a browser works fine, but mobile check capture is only available through the app. This is a deal breaker at this point.

Used to work fair. In the last couple of days I can't use the App at all, when I log in it says: ACCESS DENIED. You are unauthorized to access this resource. Reference ID. Called the bank and they say it shows no problem on their end, it's the app. I have un installed the app numerous times and reinstalled with no luck.
