The popups that you can't opt out of need to go. -- Do your research before deciding on a bank. When setting up the app or logging in on a new device, it (a year+ later) won't send the text or let you press 1 to get the code. I had to call the bank. Then there's the issue of them attaching someone ELSE'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AS MINE ON MY ACCOUNT. Now they have a hard time looking up my account with anything other than my debit card number. You also can't lock your debit card (still)

For several days now, I keep getting the message "Network Connectivity Error: Server cannot be reached at this time." I haven't been able to check my balance or make transfers... Update: I'm trying to pay for my dinner with more than enough in my account, only to find that my debit card has been flagged for fraud (there was none - all purchases were from me) and canceled with no phone call, text, or email notice. I had to call to find out 🙃

Password entry is sensitive. I change to a fingerprint security and it's much easier. I wish the bank had better departmental contact information in the app also needs to upgrade the software so you can set and be notified of and transactions that occur related to any account instead of having to alwayd log in and check. App is a little behind the times compaired to other banks. I asked about this 2 years ago to th IT department and was told then, "we are looking into it".
