App refuses to work correctly the majority of the time. I usually have to go to a branch office because you can't pay with debt or connect external accounts. I have tried for over a year multiple times. the branch tellers are not properly trained compared to the actual phone help operators. The worst online banking experience I have ever had.

The "more" button was changed to show deposited checks rather than the rewards status. A feature that was useful is now useless as most people know what checks get deposited into their account. Now I can't find where I can see if I've met the minimum transactions and ACH transfer. I suspect they made it useless intentionally so more people won't earn their dividends.

Doesn't work on my Samsung devices. Since February 1st, 2022 something changed. When I logout, the screen turns black, and the app is not available. I am forced to use Google to access Greenstate, or restart my mobile device. I notified Greenstate, twice. They don't care. I just gave up. Before 2/1/22, the app worked on all four of my mobile devices. Dave Oaks
