I have subscribed to the Gold membership in the app, but only a limited number of invites are available. After sending a few invites or passing on some profiles, a countdown starts, saying new invites will be available after 22 hours. Additionally, there is no option to contact support within the app. I went to the website to lodge my complaint, but no one has contacted me yet.

It is not advisable to make an advance payment as no one wants to pay upfront. Instead, consider having one-time account opening charges, where users pay a reasonable amount to create an account and gain unlimited access to search for relevant proposals easily. Please consider revising your rules; limited profile views waste time, and I have yet to find a suitable match. How can I pay in advance when the service doesn't meet my needs?

Hi, to be honest it was a moderate experience till I discover that all my invites were automatically were being reversed. That's a main issue second thing there is no option in the application where you can report about some problem other than FAQs. Subscription package cost is also very high for your targeted audience that's another main issue. Application should be transparent not with so much complexity issues, I believe application is still in alpha process (alpha testing).
