About this app

The Quick Task Mobile app is a platform for technicians working with Quickcontractors.com to access and complete their work orders. This application is an extension of our web portal that is geared towards the technician’s daily schedule. The design is to walk the user through the steps to complete the paper work for a service at a customer’s home; ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation of the site before and after the service, have been recorded and signed off on.
This application has real time notifications and document syncing with our web portal when connected to data or WiFi, which allows the user to be up to date at all time. Quick Task also recognizes when the device is not connected to data or WiFi and will store all necessary documents associated with the job, until the information can sync with the web portal when the device re-connects.
The app also offers features such as the ability to search and updated future work orders, access to the technician’s key performance index and much more. Quick Task is all about convenience, eliminating the need to do paperwork later.

Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible! Can't take photos while using the app. Have to exit out of the app and into my phone's camera, take the pic, exit out, enter back into QT app, then into the gallery option, then upload pic. Majority of item/product/sku #'s are not listed. And when you find one that is and you select it, the app crashes. This app wastes a majority of your time during the day. Needs MAJOR work! Needs MAJOR bug fixes! (Android user)

It works but it's clunky and full of typos/weird formatting. Like someone put in minimum effort for app design outside of it doing the bare minimum. And every time I need to search for an item I assembled I want to shoot myself. Like, why can't I search for a brand name and find the grill that way? Why don't some things pop up when I type their SKUs but some do? The search function is horrific. That said, I eventually find the items and I get paid, so credit where it's due.

App has many complications. As a tech who has to use this app day in and day out for work, nothing is more frustrating than having to use an app that only works a fraction of the time. Huge connectivity issues between the app and server so it really limits the availability of the app. As someone who travels alot for work it is CRUCIAL!! to have an app that will work on your mobile data as long as you have a signal which this app does not allow. Many more issues but not enough space to type.
