The software is good for reporting, however it's very lacking for managing import and export. The time-based option lacks dynamic behaviour. I would also like to be able to ask the inverter to NOT charge the battery between certain hours and instead export all solar excess. The UK has various energy tariffs and it's hard to fully make use of them with these limitations.

app down again 24/11/25 4 days unable to see load reading. It's beyond a joke at this stage. (older post follows). I have this app on 3 different phones, but there server seems to go offline often. I'm not game to change settings on the batteries etc as you often can't change them back when needed. Sometimes if works for a few days, then I'm unable to see anything for days on end.

I get this pop-up message that says "Feature change notice: SmartThings no longer supported...". no option to get rid of this pop-up / overlay message. Even after I restart the phone and launch the app, I still just see that message. cannot use the app for any thing other than seeing that message. I am using a pixel 9 phone. hopefully this is addressed soon.
