This app is so unreliable if you have an android device. It locks you out every couple of months. You have to ask for a reset from your solar provider as it can't find your account. I have asked for a different app to use, but there isn't one. I've raised the issue numerous times but its not fixed. Avoid if you have an android.

Usually a good app for monitoring performance of overall array and individual panels. Currently isn't working after December 2 update - it's disconnected from my wifi, and the page that should give directions is completely blank. Will happily change to 5 stars once it starts working again, but currently it's completely useless to me.

I get this pop-up message that says "Feature change notice: SmartThings no longer supported...". no option to get rid of this pop-up / overlay message. Even after I restart the phone and launch the app, I still just see that message. cannot use the app for any thing other than seeing that message. I am using a pixel 9 phone. hopefully this is addressed soon.
