When working, it's OK. But far too often it fails to load info, or fails to save timer changes, and the support is woefully slow to respond, let alone act in a timely way. It's almost like bots respond to emails, and delay things even more, in fixing issues. Now having to contact them for the 5th time, with the same issue! This can't be a Samsung-related product, can it? 🤡

app down again 24/11/25 4 days unable to see load reading. It's beyond a joke at this stage. (older post follows). I have this app on 3 different phones, but there server seems to go offline often. I'm not game to change settings on the batteries etc as you often can't change them back when needed. Sometimes if works for a few days, then I'm unable to see anything for days on end.

Terrible Can't even edit my schedule after a recent update, the buttons are greyed out for save ignoring the fact it's constantly logging me out and giving me errors, an expensive system completely let down by it's app developer. If I had known this I'm not sure I would've chosen this hardware. Sort this out as I'm currently loosing out on money that I can ear exporting back to the grid as I can't do anything with the app bar look at it. The schedule is completely booked. SORR IT OUT NOW
