Yes, QDoc is a free, provincially funded virtual healthcare service for residents of Manitoba, Nunavut, and Northwestern Ontario with a valid provincial health card.

QDoc is PHIA/HIPAA secure and follows all necessary security protocols. We take the security of your healthcare information very seriously.
- Can I use QDoc without a provincial health card?
Yes – all Quebec residents, Canadian residents who do not have a provincial health card, and international visitors are able to use the service but will be billed for their visit.
