About this app

Pair your Savage RGB light (available in camera stores and online retailers nationwide) with the Savage Light Manager app to become your very own light painting pro!

Savage RGB Lights can be adjusted manually using the light’s on-board controls, though users can also connect the light to the app via Bluetooth to control it remotely and enable ultra-cool special effect options like:

-Adjust function: allows user to change color, brightness and Kelvin temperature, save colors, and adjust hue and saturation

-Music function: wand light pulses to the beat of your music and audio files stored in your device’s media library

-Patterns function: pulsing functions cause the light to gradually fade up or down, strobe functions cause quick flashes (Pulse and strobe functions can be slowed down or sped up. The various rainbow effects cause the wand to cycle through all available colors.)

-Mood function: wand light pulses with surrounding sounds

Color creativity is limitless when pairing Savage RGB lights with the Savage Light Manager app for your next still life, portrait photography or even music video project!

* Please check the instruction manual of your Savage LED light for compatibility with available app functions. Not all features are compatible with every light.

Using this for prismatic Spectra RGB. The app connects and works. There is no way to configure custom presets (like brightness 1%) No way to set passwords on your Bluetooth light (yes your kids/neighbors could take over your light). custom fades and some seizure inducing strobe setting (don't scroll through the patterns setting if you are prone to seizures). The app applies the effects immediately (needs a apply button) . Also the sliders are hard to adjust and jumpy on fine tuning.

The app force closes when using mood and the music option isn't available on a Galaxy S9 plus? The only reason I bought the wand was because I could control it with my phone. Almost useless.

Uninstalled, you can't change any settings, can't use anything except the group already there and will not let you edit it in anyway. Basically useless.
