Move at your own pace. Routines are suitable for absolute beginners and those who have practiced Qigong before. Many members have practiced in the past, or are taking a Qigong or Tai Chi class currently, and use the Communi-Qi videos “in between classes.”

Qigong uses deep breathing, strengthening and stretching with slow gentle movements that are easy on the body. It’s like a moving meditation.

Qigong is based on the ancient concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and can help:

• Reduce stress, tension and anxiety

Qigong (qi gong, chi kung, or Ki gou) is an ancient Chinese exercise and mindfulness practice that looks similar to Tai Chi, but is easier to learn and practice. While Tai Chi was originally a martial art, Qigong was developed to improve health and vitality.

Qigong is an element of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is used to move and build “Qi” or energy in the body. When Qi is stagnant or deficient, there may be pain, fatigue or tension. When Qi is moving freely throughout the muscles, joints, organs and meridians you will feel healthy, vibrant and youthful.

Received a free 7-day trial to test out the program, and it's totally transformed my life. I feel more grounded and connected to my experience by committing 10-30 minutes per day to practicin Qigong. Jeff's library of videos include explanations of important concepts to guide your understanding as you browse through thoughtful categories and series on the app. This is accessible for beginners, but includes more challenging videos as you grow in your practice. Thank you for all that you do!

Love this app, b/c it has something for pretty much all my ailments (back, emotional, physical pain etc..) you just have to be dedicated and consistent with the practice. I have had vertibre issues for 22 years and have seen more improvement in my spine in less than a month than in the last 10 years. Plus my overall health and wellness are improving too. Massive thanks to Jeffrey Chand for the excellent work you do! 🙏🏻✋🏻

This has been the best exercise program I ever tried. I have so much more vitality now. My legs are getting stronger. I'm amazed at how these gentle exercises really work the body and move the energies and renew the soul. Update: I've been using this for about a year now. It has continued to be absolutely transformative. Second Update: I'm in my second year of doing this program. Honestly, I don't know what I'd do without it now.
