About this app

Qimen Seal Manual is an introductory learning app for Qimen Dunjia (a form of Chinese divination) – it's not for fortune telling or chart plotting.

When first learning Qimen Dunjia, the most common obstacle is the foundational knowledge of the Five Elements, Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches, Eight Gates, Eight Gods, and Nine Stars: there's a lot of information, and it's easy to give up after memorizing it.

Therefore, we've redesigned it in a more relaxed way:

• Spend a few minutes each day learning one concept

• Do a few simple exercises

• Obtain the corresponding "Qimen Seal" upon completion

For example, after learning about the Opening Gate, you'll receive an "Opening Gate Seal."

Gradually collect all the Five Elements, Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches, Eight Gates, Eight Gods, and Nine Stars to complete your own Qimen Seal Manual.
