Ordered €30 worth of goods from this app last week. Took about 40 minutes for the order to be accepted and then after waiting over an hour, I check the status of my order only to see that it said my items had been delivered (they were not). Tried to use the 'help' option on the app and it didn't work, tried sourcing a correct support number or email but no luck. I might as well have thrown €30 down the drain as I can't get in contact with anyone to get a refund and resolve the issue.

I've used this app a few times, but sadly it has gotten to the stage where it annoyed me enough to post a 2-star review. Would have been 1-star but the delivery service itself is excellent, it's just ordering through the apo that's a nightmare. If payment fails for any reason, instead of prompting for alternative card details, the app empties your basket, so you have to put the whole order together from scratch again. Also, past orders stay live - they are never flagged as delivered.

Edit: Well done lads, you fixed the issue and I'll increase you to 5 stars as I said! I've had this app for a long time, I used to use it every time I ordered because the customization for meals is absolutely fantastic and separates the app from the others available, however I had been unable to add my card details to the app for months. It was such a shame too because this was and would be my favorite.
