Q.it helps clinics manage their daily patient queue digitally. From patient registration to fee collection, everything is handled in one app.

HOW IT WORKS
Patients get a token number when they arrive. The clinic staff calls them in order. Doctors consult, fees are collected, and receipts are generated — all tracked in the app.

QUEUE MANAGEMENT
• Add patients with name, phone number, and reason for visit
• Assign patients to specific doctors
• Call patients in for consultation with one tap
• Mark patients as done and collect fees (Cash, Card, or UPI)
• Cancel or return patients to queue if needed
• Supports online booking — patients can join the queue remotely using a QR code or link

LIVE QUEUE DISPLAY
• Show the live queue on any TV or tablet in your waiting area
• Displays the current token being called with a large, visible number
• Connect any screen using a 6-digit display code from the app

FEE COLLECTION & RECEIPTS
• Collect consultation fees at the time of completion
• Supports Cash, Card, and UPI payment methods
• Generate and share PDF receipts with clinic details

DOCTOR MANAGEMENT
• Add doctors with their name and specialization
• Set working hours and available days for each doctor
• Enable or disable doctors as needed

DASHBOARD
• View today's revenue and patient count
• See a 7-day revenue chart
• Monthly summary with total patients, revenue, and average fee
• Doctor-wise patient and revenue breakdown

PATIENT HISTORY
• View completed patients by day, week, month, or custom date range
• Search history by patient name, phone, or token number

STAFF ACCESS
• Add receptionists who can manage the queue from their own phone
• Owner and staff roles with separate permissions
• Option to let staff collect fees or restrict it to the owner
