Ratings and reviews

This app does not work at all(after the last update they have released). I have taken the premium subscription but it Neither works on Mobile nor it get connected to TV to. Tried reaching the customer care phone number multiple times but no response. Pathetic service, also no one response to emails. Money taken but service not provided. Beware people. Updated: Finally after almost 2 weeks one person picked the call and was able to understand and fix the issue. So updating the rating.

Embarrassingly incompetent app design, the fact that they'd be willing to go public with an app this underdeveloped tells me everything I need to know. If you play on PC you can only choose from 4 games (it doesn't even include valorant, lol?) And the entire "feed" is filled with nothing but spambots, kids shilling their YouTube channels, and people who don't speak English (even though I chose English as my only language...) Im not even sure what their goal was, but this is a failure.

The app is good but need some improvements mentioned below 1. Optimize the app, it lags a lot (not always but should be fixed) 2. Re-design the UI or improve it, it doesn't look that much attractive or you may say it's not that much good 3. The uploading is slow, fix it 4. Add a progress bar while uploading something (will be better if you put how much MB is uploaded) 5. Make our profile link working, when we click on our Profile Link it doesn't redirect to the app

This update marks the final sign-off for Qlan. The servers are shutting down, but the memories, squads, and epic gaming moments will live on.
