The app enables secure access to campus and enterprise applications through Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Passwordless authentication. Users can authenticate using passkeys, which replace passwords with device-based authentication and are supported across both Passwordless login and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) flows. Passkeys help protect against phishing and credential reuse while providing a faster and more secure sign-in experience.
In addition to passkeys, the QuickLaunch Mobile app supports multiple verification methods, including mobile push notifications, authenticator apps, security questions, as well as both email and phone verification. (Note that available authentication options depend on the policies configured by your institution.)
To protect user accounts, QuickLaunch Mobile includes Brute Force Protection that monitors authentication attempts and automatically blocks repeated unauthorized access, helping prevent credential-based attacks.
Users can complete account activation, login, and account recovery workflows directly from the mobile app, ensuring a consistent and secure experience across all stages of access.
QuickLaunch Mobile respects user privacy and does not store user passwords. Authentication data is securely processed in accordance with institutional security requirements.
