I have had the capture genie device for a while and it used to work for me but now it doesn't work anymore, it doesn't connect with my devices.

Doesn't even connect to Bluetooth. Tried all the connection recommendations and it just doesn't work. Useless!

Please follow the steps below:Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and GPS(Location) -- Turn on your product (hold the power button until the light flash) -- Open your Capture Genie APP. If they connect, the light of the product will stop flashing and always be on, and the Bluetooth icon will go to the upper right corner.

I can't get the app for android 11 looks like is being downloaded but i can't find it on my phone!!!! If this changes i ll change my rating also
