Kantar app needs major improvement! Most of the time, it doesn't work properly. Although listing options were displayed and I could view digital buttons, I was unable to make a selection for several days. As a result, my diary entries were not always entered on-time nor accurately recorded or up-to-date in their system. The frequent interference with making daily progress and troubleshooting created one big headache!

I took the Diary survey back in August and had no issues, got paid the 35 dollar visa card. Took another one 6 weeks ago and have never heard a thing, I did everything by the book and logged out like it told me to do just like last time I took it but I have NOT received absolutely nothing from them this time, so I think a waste of my time and effort to help them improve whatever it is there looking for. I will never use this platform ever again it's a rip off con artist at its best shame Kantar

I logged into this app and did the drink survey for the alloted time. The last day i tried to log in it said i needed to hit the next buton because i was finished with the survey. Tried every single way possible to find the "next" button so finally decided it must mean i am finished. Logged off and no email saying i completed the survey and when try to log back in it says my password is incorrect. so i try to reset it. It never sends me alink. Yes it was only for 35 dollars but my time..
