Extremely disappointed with the customer service. It's been two years since I requested a replacement for a defective product, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Very frustrating and unacceptable!

worst customer service, I never ever face. back two and half years I am trying to get my refund amount, still I can't get from Them. they giving answer we will we will. still iam struggling to get that amount.

QNET and its representatives are extremely untrustworthy. My experience has been very disappointing and stressful. I have been trying to get my refund for over 1.5 months, but there has been no proper response or resolution from their side. I strongly advise everyone to be cautious and think twice before investing your hard-earned money here. Lack of transparency and poor customer support have made this a frustrating experience for me.
