Ratings and reviews

I used this app several times. Each time when I arrive I get the message "Something went wrong the user is blocked". Sometimes I do manage to get the appointment I reserved. This keeps happening and needs fixing.

the captcha just isn't showing, period, and one must enter the "characters one sees in the picture" just to have them send an sms. therefore, the app can't be used. at all.

I can't even get past the entrance screen, it asks me to type the characters I see in the picture, but there is no picture
