About this app

Qode Merchant is the companion app for shops and brands on Qode, the UK loyalty and discount platform. It turns your phone into everything you need to run Qode in store, no extra hardware, no till integration.

SCAN AND REDEEM IN SECONDS
Customers show a QR coupon from the Qode app. Tap Scan, point the camera, confirm with your PIN, done. The discount is applied and the customer earns their loyalty points automatically.

MANAGE YOUR OFFERS
Create and edit offers from your phone: set the discount, add photos, choose quantity limits and expiry dates, and attach the shop locations where each offer applies. Offers appear instantly to Qode users near your shop.

TAKE POINTS PAYMENTS
Let regulars pay for purchases entirely in loyalty points with a quick in-store QR flow.

SEE WHAT'S WORKING
Track redemptions, conversion and repeat customers in the built-in statistics, and keep an eye on billing and payouts from the same app.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
Invite staff with role-based permissions and per-member PINs, so anyone at the till can scan securely.

A Qode merchant account is required, registering is free at qode.live and you only pay a small percentage when a customer actually redeems. Online sellers can also connect their Shopify store from the web portal.
