About this app

Qohua Machine App turns your tablet or phone into the control panel for your Qohua coffee equipment. Connect over Bluetooth to run a roast from charge to drop, brew a pour-over to a saved recipe, and keep every profile in one place.

ROASTING CONTROL
• Manual mode with live control of heater, blower and drum speed
• Automatic mode that follows a saved profile with PID temperature control
• Live chart of bean temperature, drum temperature and rate of rise, plus heater, blower and drum values as the machine actually reports them
• Mark every stage as it happens: Preheat, Charge, Dry End, First Crack, Second Crack and Drop
• First-crack detection from the machine's own crack counter, with an on-screen prompt so you can confirm what you heard
• Agtron colour reading shown live during the roast
• Roast timer and development timer, ambient and blower readings at a glance
• Emergency cooling on every roast screen

PROFILES AND HISTORY
• Save roast profiles with bean, process, roast level, weight, density and moisture
• Load a previous roast as a background curve and roast against it
• Full roast history with charts, stage times and notes
• Export profiles as JSON for use in other roasting software
• Profiles sync to your account, so they follow you to another device

BREWING CONTROL
• Manual brewing with direct control of water temperature, water volume and flow rate
• Automatic brewing that runs a saved recipe: bloom and up to four pours, each with its own volume, pour time and interval
• Live water temperature and water level while the machine works
• Drain and cleaning cycles built in

MACHINE TOOLS
• Bluetooth pairing and connection status always visible
• Live camera view of the drum in a floating window you can drag anywhere
• Drum light dimmer and door control
• Wi-Fi setup for the machine

WHAT YOU NEED
• A Qohua roasting or brewing machine
• Bluetooth switched on
• An account, created free in the app
• An internet connection to sync profiles and history; roasting and brewing themselves keep working over Bluetooth if the connection drops

Android requires the location permission before any app can scan for Bluetooth devices. Qohua Machine App uses it only to find your machine. It never reads, stores or transmits your location.

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time from Settings.
