This QR label maker app is built for shops, warehouses, offices, asset managers and small businesses. Import product or asset records from a CSV file, create reusable label layouts, generate print-ready PDFs and scan saved QR codes to look up items by SKU.

IMPORT INVENTORY FROM CSV

Bring existing inventory into the app without entering every item manually. Map CSV columns to item name, external ID, SKU, price, category, location and description. Preview detected changes before import, reuse mapping profiles and choose whether blank values should be retained or cleared.

CREATE CUSTOM QR LABELS

Build reusable label designs using exact millimetre dimensions. Add QR codes, item fields, static text, images, borders and dividers. Drag, resize and arrange elements with snapping, layer controls and undo or redo support. QR safety checks help preserve readable label layouts.

GENERATE PRINT-READY OUTPUT

Create A4 label sheets or roll-label PDFs with configurable margins, gaps, rows, columns, starting position and copy count. Share or open generated PDFs and print through Android's native printing system.

SCAN AND FIND ITEMS

Use the device camera to scan QR labels and locate matching inventory records. Manual lookup is also available for internal IDs, external IDs and SKUs.

OFFLINE-FIRST AND PRIVATE

Core inventory, label creation, scanning and PDF generation work locally without an account. This release has no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not upload inventory to the developer. Create password-protected encrypted backups when you need to move or protect your local data.
