I was super excited to see that Qsee is back after they had closed. I upgraded my old system with a new one and have had it since approximately July. It was working great until 2 weeks ago, and now it will not connect to the app for anything. I have checked all the connections and tested the wifi (everything else in the house is working perfectly). I also have 3 inside cameras that work just fine. Reached out to customer service 2xs via FB messanger and email. No response.

I hesitated reviewing when Q-See relaunched as I suspected there would some growing pains both with the cameras as well as the app. I wanted to give them a chance. One thing I really missed was being able to record video footage from the app. Part of being away from home is needing to being able to both view AND record. Finally this feature has come to the app. Now when I go away from home I know that I can keep footage. A few more tweaks might improve stars

New update doesn't allow you to see playback recordings...always shows live after it says loading.. hard to scroll through recorded footage when it did work with past app...older qsee app was much better designed and user friendly. Please fix...also my app on android will not allow zooming into picture with fingers as the iPhone app does??
