1. Set your morning alarm (4:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
2. Stake QST tokens to start the challenge
3. When the alarm rings, complete a mini-game (shake, pattern, math) to prove you're awake
4. Succeed → get your stake back + bonus rewards. Fail → stake confiscated!

The more you stake, the more you earn. Real risk creates real motivation!
