Qtal: Servicios a Domicilio

About this app

For any job, there's always an expert available.

Qtal is Querétaro's app to solve any problem you might have: at your house, with your car, with your pet, at your event, or with you. More than 80 services and growing. Plumber, electrician, cleaning, towing, mechanic, gardener, barber, massage therapist, moving services… and much, much more.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The water heater breaks down on a Sunday. You ask the neighbor, who asks his brother-in-law, who has the number of a friend of a friend's mom who "knows about this stuff." They give it to you. You call. "Let's see if they show up tomorrow." They don't show up tomorrow. The one who does show up charges double, only accepts cash, and you don't even know who you just let into your house. And a month later, the same WhatsApp chain starts all over again.

Hiring like that is a gamble. Not anymore with Qtal.

HOW QTAL WORKS

• You choose who you ask for a quote. View profiles of professionals near you with their real ratings and reviews. Choose the ones you like, describe what you need just once, upload photos, and they'll send you a quote. Compare and decide calmly. No need to beg anyone.

• You set the day and time. Schedule when it suits you, receive notifications every step of the way, and see the professional on the map when they're on their way.

• Pay however you want. Card, cash, or installments with your credit card.

• Qtal is there to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not just you against the person who arrived. We take care of the awkward parts: ensuring payment is clear, eliminating any "Have you paid me yet?" questions, and making sure neither of you loses out. When paying by card, your money stays with Qtal, not the professional, until you approve the work. Something not as agreed? Report it through the app, Qtal will investigate, and if they didn't deliver, we'll refund your money.

• You know who's entering your home. Every professional undergoes identity verification with a valid INE (Mexican voter ID) and biometric validation before appearing in the app. It's not just a number someone gave you; it's a person we've already vetted. The chat is within Qtal, and you can block or report anyone with a single tap.

OVER 80 SERVICES IN ONE APP

• Your home: cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, locksmith services, painting, carpentry, gardening, HVAC and water heater repair, solar panels.

• Your car: roadside assistance and towing, mobile mechanic services, automotive locksmith services.

• You: beauty services, barber services, massages, physical therapy, in-home health care.

• Your life: moving and freight services, pet services, event planning.

• And much more.

ARE YOU A PROFESSIONAL? QTAL IS ALSO LOOKING OUT FOR YOU

There are many people near you who need exactly what you do and don't know who to call. Qtal puts it all in front of you: clients in your area, steady work, and a well-organized schedule. You can accept card payments and installment plans in addition to cash, so you never lose a job because of the payment method.

And your money is protected too: when a client pays by card, Qtal holds it and automatically deposits it into your account once the job is finished. No more "I'll pay you later."

Qtal is for on-site and mobile services.
