What’s new

1. Customer Form Screen: view/edit office phone, matching cell/home (web parity)
2. Customer Detail Screen: RN Alert.alert caps Android at 3 buttons, so with
3 phone numbers the Cancel option was silently dropped, leaving no way
to close the call picker without dialing. Replaced with a paper Dialog
on Android that always shows Cancel.
