Nothing but terrible experiences. The original app was apparently silently replaced by the "PLUS" version with little to no indication. The setting I had for my vacation in the original app were ignored and I was charged storage fees. Trying to get ahold of customer support isn't intuitive and there isn't much that differentiates the two apps.

My packages are still no showing up in the app despite getting text notifications about them. I can't even log into the old parcel plus app anymore, so I'm guessing their backend just sucks and is associating packages with regular parcel pending with no way for me to resolve myself. Again, this is Parcel Pending Minus.

Required to pay another "one-time" registration fee after all accounts were "upgraded" to parcel pending plus by apartment complex. Update: I never got a response from the person I was asked to email, but did get the fee waived after calling support
