This app and service is barely functional, I wouldn't be surprised if they go bankrupt soon and take all the packages in the lockers to auction. Not a single workflow for getting a package is reliable or quick, so good luck if you don't have 5 minutes to do what should be a 30 second process. Also, if your login stop working (despite not updating it) then try a reset your password, you receive "there is no account for this email", with a sign up link to then get "email is in use, please login."

Support Is Non-existent. I wasn't getting notified by the app that packages were in the lockers. I used their email form, no response. I called and their automated call back service never called me. I am sitting here now waiting on hold for someone to pick up. No statement on how long this wait will be. This entire service has gone downhill. I would advise avoiding signing up.

The non-plus version of this system worked great, never had any issues. However, since being forced to "upgrade" to the plus version it's been a joke. The app consistently fails to open lockers, I have to manually scan the QR code at the kiosk to request my package like some sort of Victorian urchin begging for gruel.
