This app and service is barely functional, I wouldn't be surprised if they go bankrupt soon and take all the packages in the lockers to auction. Not a single workflow for getting a package is reliable or quick, so good luck if you don't have 5 minutes to do what should be a 30 second process. Also, if your login stop working (despite not updating it) then try a reset your password, you receive "there is no account for this email", with a sign up link to then get "email is in use, please login."

BE AWARE: they'll charge you $20 any chance they get. I was registered for 5+ years, and then suddenly they came and charged me TWO different times for registration fees. They require payment on file and require your trust, but will charge you for NOTHING at all, any time they feel like it. Then, when you call, they make you feel like you owe them something instead of fixing the issue that THEY caused. Thats not the makings of a reliable company.

I just don't get what the point in the Plus version is versus the standard Parcel pending? it doesn't state how it is an upgrade, I don't really notice much difference in the app and the standard version works fine, just scan the barcode or use Bluetooth to open the locker containing your package, I don't see what makes this "PLUS"
