Global Railroad Training & Development is levels up in railroad training and development for the now generation railroader, the rail carrier, it's contractors and the customers they serve. It's a technological living organism that has a robust and innovative LMS (Learning Management System) at it's core that allows updates in real time therefore remaining in step with any present and future advancements. This training and development APP transcends the different classes of rail carriers and provides Class 1 Railroad Training and Development to all rail carriers big and small. It bridges the gap between the traditional antiquated classroom, smartboard or instructor lead power point presentation and meets the students and railroaders of today, tomorrow and the future with graphics and imagery that will educate them using the tools that they use to learn.

GRTD offers 3 Training Programs:

1.) F.A.C.T.S. (Fully Automated Conductor Training School) for the training and recertification of railroad conductors.

2.) R.I.Y.F. (Railroading In Your Facility) for the training of employees of railroad customers required to handle or work around railroad equipment.

3,) S.T.C. (Safe Tracks Consulting) for training of non-railroad personnel or contractors working in rail yards or near the railroad right of way to ensure safety.

Some of the other inner APP features are the social media platform where railroaders and rail enthusiasts aound the globe can interact, the GRTD store and YouTube channel where amazing railroad videos can be viewed.

The versatility of GRTD is invaluable.
