The visuals and options on this app are nice. Well, they would be nice if I could log in. Fingerprint never works, save my password does not work, and typing in my password results in "an unexpected error". Frustrating, because once you can get logged in this is a very useful and well designed app.

Hi Kenna--thanks for sharing your feedback; please try deleting the app and re-install the latest version--you can also delete unused apps and old photos/messages in case device space is the issue. If that doesn't help, please call 800-848-0018 or visit a branch for troubleshooting specific to your device.

Nope. Don't like the new Android app. Not one bit. Why "improve" something that worked simply and smoothly? And yes, I DO know my username and password. Getting tired of constantly resetting it. *** It's still terrible!! Now it suddenly doesnt recognize my device. Wont let me log in. Keeps sending 'authentication' codes, with nowhere to enter them. It looks awful. It's not 'clean' or simple. It all blends together. And now I cant even log in. MARCH 10 - Terrible. Just terrible.

Hi Teri, we realize this is a big change for our members, and we are sorry you don’t like the format of our new Mobile Banking app. If the forgot username & password functions aren’t working for you, to troubleshoot your log-in issue please contact our Call Center at 800-848-0018; they have been able to quickly help members get logged in.

I stand by my review of this app. Did it finally start working? After a few weeks... Yes. Can you fingerprint log in?... No, the option is there... You can turn it on and see its turned on, but the button that says log in with fingerprint, does nothing. If you simply try to place your fingerprint on the reader while looking at your accounts, it does nothing. I have to back out to the log in screen, and then I have to type all my info in.
