The Qualtrics Offline Surveys App allows you to download and manage your surveys from the Qualtrics Research Suite. Surveys can be stored for offline use and responses can be submitted when an internet connection is available.

This application is terrible! While the use of the application is simple and easy to teach, it has SO many bugs! The Qualtrics Support is useless at supporting the Offline App. The Qualtrics online version/support is fine, but the Offline App is horrendous! The App has lost 1000s of surveys; the upload process is an absolute MESS; support is clueless, never fix the problems, and take months to respond; the updates wreak havoc before you update & there are no notifications for new updates; etc.

It still needs some work. Renamed surveys do not update the survey name in the app. Also if you delete an offline survey from the app it does not remove the response count because as soon as you download the survey again the old response count is still displayed. Also there is no way to review the responses you have completed offline so it leaves you wondering if you in fact collected the data you meant to. Tested with version 1.4.06

Can't wven login. I am with am organization and to login we have to use SSO. Instead of it redirecting to the SSO login it says it will email a link for me to use. But the link in the email just says the link is expired when the page loads. I know I did it in the time allowed because I tried multiple times including trying 2 different browsers. One of which was newly installed so it had no add ins or custom security settings.
