la app te envia a un WhatsApp I teléfono para que la persona que te conteste no sepa que estás solicitando, esto hace que se vuelva a iniciar el proceso de recolección de datos. Es ineficiente y hace la app inutil.

los planes que tenía no aparecen en la aplicación ya

Mala experiencia de uso, datos incompletos, desactualizados, no hay alertas que realmente ayuden, aun habiendo ya tomado acción sobre configuraciones, en una hora puedo recibir la misma notificación más de 10 veces. Los beneficios expiraron sin una notificación relevante.
