About this app

Quantinvo is the inventory tool for retail businesses. Teams count shelf stock using their existing phones; the manager monitors progress in real time and generates a discrepancy report.

INVITATION ACCESS
Quantinvo is for professional use only. You don't register yourself: your manager or company administrator grants you access, and you receive an email invitation. You choose your password, then you count.

COUNTING
• Scan the shelf tag: the area opens, and you count the items by barcode.

• The scanner reads EAN, UPC, and ITF codes; keyboard entry is still possible.

• A Bluetooth barcode scanner also works, like a keyboard.

• Errors can be corrected on the spot: the line can be removed or readjusted.

WORK WITH OTHERS
• Several people can count simultaneously, each on their own shelf. • The manager can see the progress aisle by aisle, without waiting for completion.

• A second audit compares two counts, and discrepancies are resolved with a single tap.

EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK CONNECTIVITY
The stockroom has poor reception. Counts are recorded on the phone and automatically uploaded as soon as the network connection is restored; the product catalog remains available offline.

THE RESULT
Theoretical stock, counted stock, discrepancy in units and value, item by item. The report can be exported as a spreadsheet, from the phone or the website.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Data is hosted in the European Union. The application requests access to the camera to read barcodes: no photos are recorded. You can delete your account from within the application.
