The traveling salesman problem is a famous unsolved math problem. Amazon spent millions of dollars to solve it by using the data it has on billions of customers & map data collected from its fleet of drivers. But it does make dumb mistakes. If this app just corrected those dumb errors, it would be great. But it doesn't do that. It recreates a completely different route from scratch, which isn't really any better than Amazon's. Let us reorder the route ourselves. I would pay $10 a month for that.

App stops optimizing routes randomly, now I can't even access the app at all every time I start it it states that the usernames are unable to be found. I have contacted support several times about multiple situations and get to reply back it's practically non existent and I am paying $10.30 a month for a subscription I can barely even use. This company must not have an issue with losing revenue and subscribers maybe this is why the app stopped working completely, this is unacceptable!

The biggest issue with the app is that it will skip adding stops from the itinerary from time to time but it does not provide a way to add those stops it skipped over manually. Performance wise, the app slows overall phone performance down and randomly crashes for no visible reason. I have been hoping for an update that addresses this issue but it seems as if further development has been abandoned as the last update was in November 2025. Note: I am running FlexBuddy on a Google Pixel 9.
