About this app

Quantum Asset is a personal asset management app that allows you to view scattered assets on a single screen and automatically calculates dividends and tax-saving limits.

■ If you found these things inconvenient:

· You have to open multiple brokerage apps to know the total value of your assets.

· You have to use a calculator every time to check when and how much dividends will be received.

· You are confused about how much more you need to contribute to your pension savings or IRP this year to receive the full tax deduction.

· You do not know how much remains of the 2.5 million won overseas stock deduction.

■ Record directly instead of linking accounts:

· Services based on MyData typically focus on viewing accounts under your own name due to the identity verification process. This app allows you to create multiple ledgers, enabling you to manage family members' accounts separately.

· Brokerage apps are structured around the respective brokerage account, while virtual assets are viewed separately in exchange apps. This app displays stocks, pensions, ISAs, and coins on the same screen. ■ Key Features

[Assets]

View domestic stocks, US stocks, pension savings, IRPs, ISAs, and cryptocurrencies by account.

Displays investment asset trend charts, asset composition weights, and today's profit/loss and cumulative profit/loss together.

Average purchase price and realized profit/loss per stock are calculated using the moving average method.

[Cash · Real Estate · Liabilities]

If you list cash-equivalents such as deposits, installment savings, and CMAs; real estate such as home ownership and Jeonse deposits; and overdrafts and loans, your net assets will be calculated.

You can switch between investment assets and net assets by tapping on the summary screen, and the debt-to-asset ratio is also displayed.

[Dividends]

If you register your holdings and dividend per share, your monthly estimated dividends are calculated automatically.

Once dividends received are recorded, the estimate is reduced accordingly, showing only the remaining scheduled dividends.

If you hold the same stock in multiple accounts, it is displayed separately by account.

If you set a monthly dividend goal, you can check your achievement rate.

[Tax Savings]

· Pension Savings & IRP Tax Credit — Calculates the limits of 6 million KRW for standalone Pension Savings and 9 million KRW for combined savings, respectively, and displays the estimated refund amount and remaining limits.

· ISA — Contribution limits based on years of enrollment, total tax-exempt amounts, and days remaining until maturity.

· Capital Gains from Overseas Stocks — Remaining surplus from the 2.5 million KRW basic deduction.

· Comprehensive Taxation of Financial Income — Amount remaining up to the 20 million KRW threshold.

(Dividends from Pension Savings, IRP, and ISA accounts are excluded from calculations.)

[Notifications]

Notifies you to check your assets when the domestic and US markets close. The domestic market closes at 6 PM on weekdays, and the US market closes at 8 AM from Tuesday through Saturday. The notification does not display the amount, and you can turn them on and off individually.

[Recording]

If you record buy, sell, or dividend transactions in the app, the average purchase price and realized profit/loss are recalculated.

You can also manually correct the figures if they differ from your brokerage balance.

■ My Data in My Google Sheet

This app has no server. There is no sign-up process.

All records are stored in a spreadsheet created on the user's own Google Drive, and the app only reads and writes to that sheet. The developer does not collect or store the user's asset information.

It only requests Google login permission for "access to files created by the app."

It cannot access other documents or photos the user owns separately.

Even if you delete the app, your records remain in the Google Sheet. You can also open or edit the sheet directly on your computer.

■ Market Prices

Stocks and exchange rates use the market price function in Google Sheets, while coins use public prices from Upbit. Prices may be delayed and may differ from the actual transaction price.

■ Please Note

This app is a tool to assist with records and calculations; it is not an investment recommendation or financial/tax advice.

Tax credit limits and tax standards are subject to change due to amendments in laws, so please verify with the National Tax Service or a professional before actual filing and payment. The figures may differ from your brokerage balance, so please make important decisions based on your brokerage screen.
