The Bloom home screen shows your overall Bloom Balance score, session count, breath logs, and mood lift, along with a suggested next practice drawn from your local history.
Sessions holds 12 offline practices with step-by-step guidance, grouped by category: Calm, Focus, Sleep, and more. They include Three-minute arrival to settle attention before a busy day, Soft shoulders scan to release held tension without forcing relaxation, and Kind attention reset to practice a calm inner tone after friction. Each session can be opened and marked complete.
Breath Lab offers three patterns — Box, Soft, and Anchor — with adjustable round count and mood rating before and after. Each completed round is saved to breath history.
The Reflection Journal captures short notes after practice using guided prompts and tracks an average mood score across all entries.
Practice Insights pulls together a local summary: total minutes, completed sessions, journal entries, mood lift, total breath time, and streak. The Focus Mix section breaks down completed minutes by category — Calm, Focus, and Sleep.
