worst bank i have ever seen, suggesting not to take loan or installment, cuz app and website not working properly, cuz have installment and cannot pay it cuz of error, and when i want to pay, the option pay blank out, it's really bad....

you need to update your app and made it to be better and have fast responses to anything and can handle small problems that happens because of its own pathetic system also you need to made it more flexible

Is showed loan detail and Emi date in his application before we are getting the loan amount ???is the not good , also i try to change the installment month before I received loan amount they say is not possible. So better carefully apply . and they decide automatic emi date is 1st of every month .is also not good. I shocked seeing the review after I apply the loan, dear quara ,please do needful for customers.
