About this app

BENQIT is your company's app for submitting expenses, requesting benefits, managing expense accounts and travel allowances, and recording fieldwork. It works in conjunction with the BENQIT web platform: you need an account provided by your company.

EXPENSE SUBMISSIONS
- Photograph the receipt or invoice and register the expense in seconds.

- Submit your own expenses, charged to a fund, or against a travel advance.

- Review the status of each expense report and make corrections as needed.

APPROVALS
- A single inbox for approving expense reports, benefits, funds, and travel.

- View supporting documentation, approve, reject, or request corrections from your phone.

BENEFITS
- Request your company's benefits and attach documents using your camera, photos, or PDFs.

- Check your balances and the progress of each request.

FUNDS AND TRAVEL
- Request expense accounts or petty cash and review your statement and available balance. - Request trips with the per diem calculated instantly according to your company's policy.

FIELD WORK
- Review your current and upcoming work orders.

- Check in using GPS or the location's QR code.

- Complete safety checklists with signatures, photos, and responses.

- Record start times, breaks, progress, and completion, with the client's signature.

- Record used supplies or request more from the warehouse.

- Even without a signal, everything is saved and sent automatically when the connection is restored.

SECURE AND SIMPLE
- Log in with fingerprint or facial recognition, if enabled.

- Light and dark mode.

- Location is only used when checking in or out in the field, and only with the app open.
