How to Access the KeyMobile App

New Users:
To begin using the KeyMobile app, follow these steps:
• Download and install the KeyMobile app.
• Click on Register
• Enter your BVN, account number, and select a verification option.
• Provide the last six digits of your card.
• Enter the SMS OTP sent to your phone.
• Create a preferred username and password.

Existing Users:
If you are already a registered user, you can access the KeyMobile app using the following methods:
• Log in with your username.
• Enter your existing password to complete transactions, OR
• Utilize facial recognition OR
• Utilize fingerprint authentication for a seamless login experience.

First of all let me appreciate the Team for a well-packaged App. The new features worth it. However, am having issues funding my Bet Account, and I can say it's as the result of the upgrade in the App, which before now it was very easy to fund the Bet account with any amount. Now the App only gives a selection for 100 naira only. By that, making it difficult to credit the Bet account above the selected amount the system have. Work on App to correct the mistake. Let it be open for any amount.

Been using this bank since it was bankPHB and I should advise aginst using that banking service if you are traveling out of the country. It took them 4 months to resolve my change of phone number even after signing an indemnity form, speaking with a representative via video call etc. Even after changingy phone number I am yet to access my profile which I am currently battling with. If I could rate this app zero, I would have done so

Finally carried out a transaction, this upgrade is a fail for me. Nothing works , I can't transfer and the 2way authorization is a mess. Can't change pin or validate it Wow, looks good but there's alot of improvement, i.e adding beneficiaries, searching for banks. Though I haven't processed a transaction yet but I can't wait to see what the transaction history looks like. I also hope one can view past transactions for atleast 3months with the selfhelp features. Till then I reserved my 5 star.
