Ratings and reviews

Service and app are both unacceptable. In 5 attempts to use, I had only one successful trip. Other times, a driver cancelled a trip in 5 seconds, drivers weren't available 3 times. That doesn't even count the many times the app doesn't work because internet "isn't available" when it works on all other apps.

It was my first time to take a ride going to JFK using Qudos. The scheduled pickup was very timely that made my trip very easy.. Also, the drivers are very hospitable that made me relax and comfortable....Qudos!!!

The verification code never came. Had to uninstall. Was excited to use the app but never had a chance.
