Ratings and reviews

Service and app are both unacceptable. In 5 attempts to use, I had only one successful trip. Other times, a driver cancelled a trip in 5 seconds, drivers weren't available 3 times. That doesn't even count the many times the app doesn't work because internet "isn't available" when it works on all other apps.

It was my first time to take a ride going to JFK using Qudos. The scheduled pickup was very timely that made my trip very easy.. Also, the drivers are very hospitable that made me relax and comfortable....Qudos!!!

I downloaded app I put in my phone number every time I try to proceed it says no connection which is not correct because I have a connection horrible app
