a serious struggle to find a ride besides that the drivers often cancel the trip after finding out the destination if it doesn't suit them.... no control over drivers at all it was a cool app but now it just sucks...for one single trip i got 4 cancelations so i had to install another app and they took my trip with no issues (my trip was about 4 km) and there was so many rides nearby

I gave it 3 stars because of the awesome riders i get, but overall the app interface is so annoying buggy and the location is automatically set wrong and other apps are working fine, it doesn't have credit card payments and the customer care is available via chat only with long response times, and almost 0 offer's since i started using the app, but the good thing is that there's a nice driver available at almost anytime.

Bad attitude from captain, not similar car that booked arrived , captain mark arrived but he didn't shown and after few minutes I received raid amount even I didn't picked up. Today I ask a ride and as shown in app the car prand is sonata but an optima 2013 picked me up, without face mask and a smoker. even though same ride is more expensive that other app like careem or uper. Hope to lvl up your service quality.
