At Quesería Maín, we offer a truly engaging experience: a firsthand look at the production of Cabrales cheese. This tour begins at our facilities (and visitor reception center). We'll then take a pleasant 15-minute walk through Sotres to visit an authentic Cabrales cave. There, we'll find the cheeses maturing in ideal conditions: a constant temperature of between 6 and 10 degrees year-round and a very high humidity of around 90%.
