The app sucks when it comes to depositing checks. Sometimes it works, most of the time it takes several attempts if it works at all.. then it accepts it only to find out later that it was rejected even though it's perfectly clear and can read it perfectly.. then they are closed on Sat so no help. And you can't call any support line because they are not there because it's only during business hours.. plus you can only do limited things on the app..

Love this app for many reasons! Easy to deposit checks. I was able to open a new Christmas savings account with no problem, very easy to use. I've even nicknamed my accounts, for example: checking, Money savings challenge, Christmas savings and Regular savings account(the one you get when you 1st open your account)

I've been using this app for the last couple years to deposit my checks but the October 15th update has made it so I can't anymore. I take a photo of the check, screen freezes, and then the app closes and says it encountered an error. I've been using someone else's phone (Samsung A42) and it works fine but now my phone (8849 Tank 3 Pro) no longer wants to work. Great app, hope this gets fixed.
