About this game

Gem Alchemy is a strategic, relaxing, yet challenging puzzle game where players combine elemental stones to craft the ultimate jewel.
The Objective
Your goal is to carefully place and combine gems on a grid to score points and discover the highest-tier stone: the Diamond. However, space is limited. If the board fills up completely and no more moves can be made, the game is over.
Core Gameplay Mechanics
Placement: You are given one gem at a time (shown in the "Active" slot) to place into any empty socket on the board. You can also see the "Next" gem coming up.
Fusing Gems: When you place 3 or more identical gems adjacent to each other, they fuse together into a single, more valuable gem of the next higher tier.
The Stash: Strategy is key. You have a "Stash" slot where you can store a gem you don't want to play immediately, swapping it with your current active gem to save it for the right moment.
The Gem Progression (Tiers)
As you merge gems, they evolve through 7 distinct shapes and colors, each yielding higher points:
Shard (Triangle)
Prism (Diamond)
Opal (Pentagon)
Emerald (Hexagon)
Sapphire (Octagon)
Ruby (Star)
Diamond (Nova/Crown)
Key Features
Endless Strategy: The game gets progressively harder as higher-tier gems take up space on the board. Balancing early merges while planning for late-game cascades is essential.
Alchemist Profile: Personalize your in-game profile by using your device's camera to snap an avatar photo in the settings menu.
Atmospheric Polish: Features a dark-themed gradient interface, smooth merging animations, and synthesized audio cues for placing, merging, and leveling up.
High Score Tracking: Your local high score and the highest gem you have ever crafted are saved. You can also share your high score with friends directly from the Game Over screen.
